have totally no idea to how to even start lahs . . . .
okaye wadever, i'll just leave it for tomorrow then. . . haiz . . . .
yesterday went to jinny's house for the science thing . . .
okaye i totally cant be bothered to elarborate , so ya, forget it .
oh, have to thank beev for helping me buy tako when she came . haha :)
went back with si ming then we decided to try taking 162 for yio chu kang mrt , cos i never took it before . . ..
reached home my house changed !! haha, lols
cos i got a maid so i got the queen size bed !!! then she will get a newer bed , aita those cheap ones , then my grandma, who will be moving in soon, will get the single size bed which i have been using .
omg, my bed is like huge !!
to me lah , cos i always having sleeping on single size mahs . . .

on friday , had guides, did fire , electrical and gas accidents test .
i passed !!! and got back my world centres retest ,
i passed !! i seriously thought i would fail lahs ,
cos when i did the test my mind was blank and i took some time to try to remember the stuff and i left the bonus question blank !!
as in the second last question was draw two logos ,
then the bonus question was draw the other two ,
but i left it blank cos i only learnt how to draw the first two lohs . . . . *dissapointing

and i might leave this place dead for a while cos i would only be updating in my livejournal , so ya . . . but i wont tell you guys where it is for the time being first , sorry :/

omg , everything is killing me , like seriously . . .
decided to update like finally , haha.XD
anyways, today was seriously disasterous.
started off with bio test , okaye , think i'll past but not fantastic definately , haiz . . .
just when i thought my mood was better during art ,
it was PE , great just great .
at first was quite funny , when i partner tammy for the streching stuff cos we are both flex so obviously things were simpler and easier . haha .
we were supposed to do this exercise like; lie down on the floor and the other person push your legs up towards your body like folding your body into half .
so we tried to lick our legs , haha , and we both made it !! lol,
okaye it might sound retarded but try it unless you are real flex then its possible .
then had 6 rounds , horror . . .
i mean i obviously failed but it was way worse then last year . . ..
then without eating rushed to the science lab , did the course work thing , have been staying back the whole week till like 6 plus or so for that :((((
then had the indian dance thing , went well , well at least better then last week .
then had c-lit , studied guides !!
but there's another prject to do loh , you noe what , i think our school suks alot .
they like throw everything at us suddenly loh .

today, had patrol meeting , haha, yu tian joined us cos we were sitting below their patrol,
didnt go for maths remedial . . . .
went to j8, at first suppose to go with jinny and si ming also , nut they thought thy stay and do hw then go tuition together .
took mrt and bus to j8 with beev, xin hoon, and joey .
then joey went for 3rd lang , and xin hoon decided go popuah first and buy printer ink , so we went popular , till 4 plus , 4.30 i guess. then she rushed off for 3rd lang
then me and beev went round looking for prezzie and 20 mins later saw xin hoon still in j8 !!
it was around 5 and she was suppose to be there like at 4 !!
so this time she really left , then we bought some stuff , went back to mini toons and decided on the present .
decided go bishan library and do hw ,
but i didnt bring anything home , so i did with beev , then we chat chat chat then cont with hw ,
left the library , bout 6 plus , waited for 52 , suprisngly not crowded.:)
reached home at a little past 7 . . . oh ya we wanted to go watch step up 2 again !! but not enough money cos i lend xin hoon . . . :( but no time also lah . . . :/

History- chapter 5 -How did external events before world war 2 affect Singapore ?
Industrial revolution
- Discovery of new sources of power inventions of new machines
- 1750-1850
- Transformed the way people live and worked
- Inventions like the spinning machines , steam-engines ,railway trains and steamships
Spinning machines
- In the 18th century , cloth could only be made by hand , and the cloth produce was only enough for themselves
- With the spinning machines invented ,the ways goods were produced was changed and the production time was shortened
Steam-engines
- Coal was brunt in the steam-engines to turn water into steam.
- Pressure from the steam provided energy for machines to produce goods in great quantities
- As the machines were located in factories ,workers started working in factories rather than at home
- Europeans could produce goods cheaply in great quantities at a faster rate

Why was there a need to have an alternative route for trade?
Suez Canal
- Opened in 1869
- Ships travelling between Europe and Asia had to sail around the southern tip of Africa ,called the Cape of Good Hope
- This was a long and dangerous journey from London to Singapore and it took sailing ships at least 120 days
- A French engineer, Ferdinand de Lesseps, drew up plans to avoid the sea route by Africa by cutting a long canal to link the Meriterranean Sea with the Red Sea

New Harbour
- Built in 1852 in the strait between the southern coast of Singapore and 2 smaller islands-Pulua Brani and Pulua Blakang Mati ( Sentosa )
- Renamed Keppel Harbour in 1900ships could sail right up to the harbour because of its deep waters
- The 2 small islands sheltered the harbour from strong winds and big waves
- In 1912, the Singapore Harbour Board was set up to make more improvements to the port
- New wharves, docks, storehouses and machine shops were built
- Morden machinery such as forklifts, cranes and tractors were used for loading and unloading goods
- A railway system was also built to set up a link between Singapore and Malaya
- Improvements provided better and faster services in handling goods from ships which called at the port
- As the volume of goods brought in by ships grew, Singapore became one of the busiest ports in Asia

sunday didnt go for tuition . . . sad , and now only sundays then get to see jie pin , yan tin and brandon. . . .cos min yi say want to split us for science so we can go faster , but now charity doing chem !!!!!!!!!! then we doing bio :(
tuesday went to red cross , the people quite nice leh . . . hehe
at first we were given books to read to them then we went down at 3.30 to take some colouring stuff to certain people who can control thier hands and stuff , so me beev and si ming went to this lady called , ong lian chai . haha, still rmb her name .
she so super cute !!!!!!!!!!
her cheekbones so high , alr very cute ,
then she smile got dimples somemore!!!
then the funniest thing is that she speak hokkien !! then beev obnly noe a little and me and si ming couldnt do anything either , so we stand there 45min watch her . tried to chat with her but when she reply no one noes wad she talking so no point . hehe

then denise went to lend qi xuan her umbrella , cosing me to have to share the umbrella with her , then we saw justine , who also needed the umbrella ,,
so we went out 2 by two and when we reach the busstop , saw elissa, kristin and xin ying .
waited 1st bus , 268 didnt noe whether to board it so waited for the next bus , then came 269.
so we waited again , then when started regreting why didnt take the first bus , 268 comes again .
the observant me who was behind jinny , and was ABOUT to board haha, i saw 76 . so i puled her off the bus . haha, then we took to yio chu kang mrt , take mrt to bishan then walked to guides house.
went there carried stuff up to some store , then came back down to chat chat chat chat .
met aa new frend , she didnt mention wad school and i couldnt really catch her name but she's sec1 from sparrow .then went up with auntie betty and took some stuff with denise and jinny then went to this room which had a stage , then went to the changing room for mens which they stored some stuff brought down cups and bags and we practically threw the boxes of bags down the stairs !! like just let it tumble and roll down the stairs . haha.

that day quite slack cos march alr not much people will come buy guide - u , but we did serve some people lah.when we were leaving i bought the guides cookies for yihui .at first that girl wanted ask us go go macs or kfc at j8 but i got tuition !!!
so i took 410 home , when i reached the bus stop the bus came !! like 3 secs ! haha.lucky me :)

went for tuition only got me and iynhuii . . .

today ,
stayed back to train for napfa, first went gym , then forum ,do sit n reach , standing broad jump . incline pull-ups.
then beev wanted to drag me go run , but i didnt so stayed on the specs stand with janice then beev went to run with tabitha and nien ping .
then saw ashley , gracia and elaine doingthier class banner for fiesta .
so we went to buy drink t the canteen then walked beev and janice to the zebra crossing then walked back to the forum , when my mum say she could leave so i ask her go buy dinner , then i waiteed for her , wait ill 7 , saw ashley , gracia and elaine again . mum came soon , then came back , ate burger king. . . :)

tomorrow good friday no school!!
mum ask if want go parkway with grandma , cos very long never bring her out , want to eat my sushi , if i go out sure whole cant go online . . . anyway im too lazy to . . .

i taught alieen and ashley ,
alieen tie very tight , and very fast , but ashley happens to be the opposite . hehe . [go back practice kay ?seniors will test you on tues ]

so went back with yu tian , alieen and ruth . toook mrt to bishan with ruth then i took 52 home , its was raining heavily heavily , i was all drenched cos i didnt wear pinafore . . . :(

haha , went out , was already raining , so i wore long sleeves and shorts . . .
waited 20mins for the bus , then denise called say she just woke up . so she took 30 mins to get here , haha , guess thats what i get for making beev wait 30mins on sat . . . :(
met her when to walk walk walk walk walk then went to by tickets for step up at 1.40
after that she went to mos burger to eat her breakfast , then we went to buy bubble tea .
saw charmaine on the way then we went to bishan ibrary .
went there , slack slack slack slack ,haha, saw charmaine again .
by then it was pouring . . .
went for the show STEP UP 2 !!! omg then we saw melissa and si en and a few other people queing too !!
haha, so we hurry went in , we sat at the third last row . .. .
10mins later they came in !! didnt noe they were watching the same show , so when they came in i turned around , well i waved and said hi , and that denise didnt even want to turn around !!
then they sat behind us , lke the row behind :)
okaye about the show ,
it was freaking nice can !! i wanna go watch again , anyone wants ?? can ask me !! :)
then we went out of the cinema and saw tong tong !
haha, thought the bad day was over when we went into populah and came out , who noes , saw her again in mini toons !! haiz
so we went to the toilet , came out and saw clement tan at the receptionist !!!!!
so we decided to go bugis instead , trained there , walk walk walk walk ,
didnt do much and decided to come back .
so i took a train back to bishan and took a bus .
the bus took 25mins !! and i was practically standing in the rain! went on the bus and was totally squashed , i almost slipped :(
then this very nice auntie let me sit next to her where she placed her groceries , [actually she should] . the bus was quite fast and it stopped pouring but was still raining when i reached home .
tuition was cancelled today cos most people couldnt make it . . . :(

march hols !!!!!

haha, never liked holidays , but as a sec 2 . . . . . . i realised i needed the sleep !!!

well , the lazy me has decided to come blog after a lazy 2 weeks !!!!!

crap , i cant rmb anything !!

i guess i'll start with tests !!

omg , i got back ppr on tues in exchange for one morning jog , hehes ,

well my grades were freaking low !!

its the lowest overall percentage comparing to my grades last year !!! it didnt even past 60 percent . . . :(

only 2 'a' , 2 'b' , 3 'c' and the rest horrid !!!!

my chinese was the lowest and i need to go for chinese remedial !!!

haha , saw the list , mostly are from 1 charity , opps . but im glad i didnt get f9.

then on thursday had physics test , crap lah , i didnt study .

but i went for tuition to revise , that iynhuii lahs never go , make me study science aone , then brandon and yan tin did maths , sad . . . .

then on friday had home-e test , on thursday , didnt bring home-e book home cos had the leadership thing , so i didnt study at all . . .. :(

actually it was quite easy , but i think , i'll fail lahs . . . .

oh , we went moral home on the 28/2 .

haha , most people freaked out , i think its not that scary, they are just friendly lahs .

hehe, the 'beaver' club and its 'founder' studied together , took alolt of pix of beatrice in an unglam position , haha , but she deleted most of it , hehe, you miss one out lahs , shall post another day , .

oh , and i realised i have been taking tons of pix !! hehe , first was at the sec library then it was at the playground , haha , then the next day , at the playground again . . . . :)

had pe on friday , did the last lesson on badminton , after the hols , will be training for NAPFA !!!!:( crap !.
and there will be a mock NAPFA !! i mean wads the point lah , tire us out and waste our engery . i guess i'll just die during 2.4 again , and prrobably come in last . . . sad :(
then had guides !! damn fun can !!
during footdrill we played captains ball , somehow , i feel more into the game playing with the guides rather than like classmates . . .

and beev is my mao pai huo & imposter ! haha. :)

on saturday ;
beev , siming , jinny , and val came to do the geog and history project , haha ,
in the morning was damn funny ,
jinny and valerie came at 10 plus when they are suppose to reach at 11 plus and they came at the same time tooo ,
i was suppose to go pick them , before i reached , they bumped into each other !!
so 1 sec after i saw them , beev called , and si ming called too , like 2 secs after i picked up the phone !!
wonder why you guys got so much chemistry , haha .

then had to go pick beev from the mrt , becos on the waay will pass by si ming's house i told her to wait at the bus stop then get on the bus which i was on , by looking at the bus plate no. lah ,
who noes she ws 10 secs late !! she saw the bus leave !!!
so i got off at the next stop and walk back like i usaully do !! i 'm very unlucky when it comes to buses , so i met si ming at the bus stop and we waited 20 mins for the next bus ,
so we actually made beev wait another 20 mins , sorry !!!
while all the crap happened , jinny and val was at thomsom plaza buying materials .
and they brought donuts tooo !! hhaha,
reached home and atee donuts first then started on project .
after everything , valerie left first , then beev left with jinny , taking 851 from marymount to yio chu kang . so me and si ming walked them to marymount .
and came back, si ming only left at 7.30 when her mum came to pick her .

yesterday;
had tuition , only me , iyn huii and jie pin came ,
we did english and tuition was extended to 5.30 .
but jie pin left at 5 cos she going to her grandma's house so she couldnt stay .

oh , then iyn huii drew a pix of ivan !! damn cute sia !! :)

and during patrol meeting , we kindof decided to go escape for the coming patrol outing !

went to grandma's place in the night . . .
it was freaking boring lah . . .
then my mum went out to eat with her byfrend's family and i didnt want to go so i waited for my dad to eat finish and we almost got no mooney to go home :/
lucky i got a feew 10 dollar notes stuff in by my grandma asking me to go buy new clothes , otherwise we will have to walk home from chinatown to harbour front . . .
so we took train to harbourfront then went to vivo walk in 5 minutes then walk out already , obviously no shops will be open , its new years eve . lol.
went to my dad's place for an hour or so then my mum came to pick me , go bugis for ice cream with her byfrend's family .
today
early mrning went to grandma's place to bai nian take angpao . :)
came back 1 plus , have been on com while my mum is now out having dinner with his family again .
hope she comes back later otherwise will have to off com soon . .. .

it was damn high espacially this part :

there's another part ,
cos its chinese neew year so it was 3 hours !
then theres one part say they went to interview people in the streets and came out that the audience didnt really like the idea of gui gui and wang zi afterall . . .
sad :(
then they had this combined of gui gui and wang zi as a baby ! it came out damn cute !
but the show didnt come out as perfect to me lehs ,
cos andy state a contract that heishehui and bangbangtang cant be together ,
even heiren and fanfan cant host the program together !lol.
so it was very dissapointing lohs . . .
anyway , gui gui used wa wa ying to talk to wang zi again !!

anyway the fiesta thing is coming up and being a project work rep sarks ! [thanks to you MAG!]
there was this ballot thing on friday ,
on our food proposel ,
ms lin choose crackers assortment without even telling us .
i went there and didnt even know what i was balloting for .
the wrost thing was no one in the class knew .
so when we were having pe , mrs koh came to look for me telling me that i have to go for balloting later and asked my to ask 2 other people .
i wanted to ask yi hui ,
then the whole level got monitor meeting at 2.30 also ! and i end up asking jinny and beverly.
so i looked for ms lin during lunch and recess and i was told at 2.20 that she left the school at 12 plus ! WTF .
a waste of my time lah .

so i walked into the class and saw on the board that we were against 2 deligence and 3 purity .
i immediatly asked beev who was from that class and if there were any guides , she said elissa , priscilla and kristin .
so she used jinny's phone to call elissa wanting to ask who the pw rep was ,
and she tried twice ! but no one answered !
5 seconds later the 3 of them came walking in ! it was seriously the last thing i wanted ! i actually alr had some real bad feeling when beverly cld only remember the 3 of them . . .

they kept asking us to drop it and back out ,
they threaten thier juniors ! and is directly thier juniors , cos beverly's ps was elissa and kristin and priscilla was from my patrol .

anyway , we won ! i got lucky hands !
so they got some weird thing , and they are selling cornflakes for raising funds now .
im really sorry !

forget about the balloting thing ,
now PE ! its the worst subject of my life ! i bet i have the worst ti2 yu4 xi4 bao1 in the class and im gonna be the last for 2.4 . . . last year tse ying was the last and she was there to push me to the second last ! thks alot by the way .

i stayed back in school again !
i have been staying back ALONE ! till like 7 plus these few days .
but today came back earlier cos i thought got tuition , then min yi called and say change to sat 1pm .
and you know what ,
today met 2 cats one going to school , the other when i was coming back .
but i met a lot of people like ,
usually i stay back till 7 also no one in the family lounge but today saw yi hui , shermaine , and li juan . so at least i didnt feel that lonely :)
than i also met rachel in the canteen and one senior and one junior while i was studying .
than i went home and downstairs i saw moira ! wonder what she was doing there ,
at first didnt recognise her cos i was looking somewhere else , then i glance , then i look at her ! haha , obviously i waved well im nice !
then i saw another st. nicks girl like round the corner 3 seconds later !

anyway today got back ting xie , shit lah i failed leh and its not like i never study :(
and got math test today ,ithink will be enough to pass but probably not with flying colours .
tomorrow got spelling and i dont plan to learn it .
the day after tomorrow got geography test . . . :/
next week got physics test , i did assignment 3 today and i thought physics wasnt that hard after all . . .

this week got guides test . . . and lecture , mus remember to bring street directory ,

today heard choir in the hall ,
i was wondering , although guides may be fun as it is ,

this will be a super long post . . .
on thursday red badges came back !they were damn high in the morning , heard they demanded for a family dance for themselves , cool !

then on friday ,

history test was easy ! suprisingly .

then we had guides ! it was the best session ever !

the sec ones came , then we had games for continuosly for 3 hrs , what do you expect ?!

the first game was like , wacko ! shit lah , i got like wet 3 times and i only needed to go up once loh , which means twice they shoot wrongly lah ,.

2nd game was some soccer on the chairs , and i dint play that but on the way to the forum we did cheer and there was an echo ! nice !

the 3rd game was the fun one ! it was in unity , they had 1 round of chairs and an empty seat , so the 2 people beside the seatt will hold hands then look for someone else to fill the seat up , so there will be another empty seat . then the procedure continues . then dunno who kept pulling me , i sat down , then the next person pull me up .

so i was pulled up continuesly for 4 , 5 times , damn tired , i also laugh until my cheek gooing to get cramps . lol .

the next game was kim's game . only the sec 1s get to play , boring !

then the sec 1s needed to go to an class so the rest of the sec 2s played contact ! joey couldnt catch anyone for i dunno how long . . . but im sure more than 10 at least ! haha.

then there was parents meeting !

me beverly, yu tian , janice , jinny , rebecca and her 2 and a half sister had tons of fun !

after guides , we went to macs and on the way , saw mag ! i gave 4 fishballs and she said i was the best partner . haha , seems like i bribed her !

then we went back to school wanting to play at the playground but it was pitched dark ! as in real dark !

so we walked round the school and the track singing cheers and playing some fake footdrill while waiting for parents to come out .

and we took photos also ! but they havent send me thoose in thier phones so i think monday then i'll get it from them then i upload !

it was seriously the funnest day sinc the yr started ! they should have more of this , but im sure there will be a second tiime ! cos parents meeting always on fridays !

anyways , i dont really like my sec ones leh , only got 2 ! sad , one called ruth the other cheryl .

now theres like 3 cheryl , 3 vanessa , 3 kimberly , 3 janice , and i dont noe how many rachels , heard theres a girl also called racchel teo!
